Cosmetic Bonding

Cosmetic Bonding allows Dr. Zimmerman to close spaces between teeth, repair chips, improve alignment and cover discoloration by applying advanced enamel-like material to a tooth’s surface. Dr. Zimmerman then sculpts the tooth to an ideal shape, hardens the bonding and then polishes the area for a gorgeous outcome. Because most or all of the natural healthy tooth structure is maintained, cosmetic bonding is an attractive choice for patients. The fee for cosmetic bonding can be just half the cost of traditional porcelain veneers or crowns.

Problem:

Megan came to our office wanting to close the space between her front teeth. Also, the edges of her two front teeth were chipped and worn.

Solution:

After a consultation with Megan, we decided to restore her front teeth with Cosmetic Bonding. This procedure was accomplished in just one visit and without the use of anesthetic. In addition, a very minimal amount of healthy tooth structure was removed. Treatment resulted in a beautiful new smile that Megan could enjoy immediately.
